The last few running diary entries have been difficult to write; I bored even myself. It was hard not to feel I was being very pooterish. So, I’m going to try something different, I’ll log each run, but keep it in note form and cover just the basics. That way I’ll have a record, but won’t bore myself and worse embarrass my children with totally mundane ramblings.
Route: 4.5 miles, 45:20. Behind the prison, along the gallops, up to Mount Harry and back to Landport Bottom;
Weather: clear blue sky, no wind, nicely cold;
Conditions: muddy puddles;
