Started today from the school after a Parent-Teachers evening (children #2 and #3 doing well, thanks for asking). Meant a run up the gallops and then a footpath along behind the Neville. Slightly dodgy crossing of the gallops themselves, over a fence and onto the downs.
Two ten minute runs. The first was mostly flat or uphill, but the second largely downhill and felt great. First time I’ve felt able to stretch out and push myself.
Not sure sure this will be true on Thursday, I’ve just looked and it’s 25 minutes without stopping. Gulp.
