Turns out this blog doesn’t write itself… posting late.
The was the last of the 28 minute runs. Almost nothing about it has stuck in my head – which rather highlights the need to write the damn posts straight away.
The only thing I remember was that I was going to do the run on Thursday and then Friday. Managing to find excuses not to each time isn’t exactly the height of achievement.
Anyway, I clearly finished the run and have a photo to prove that I did it…
