After the first couple of runs with this new app, I was beginning to find it all a bit easy.  So, I’ve skipped from running to the schedule for week 2, to that for week 4. Three and five minute runs, with short walks in between. That felt like just the right level of difficulty.

Photo suggests that the sky was all more brooding than it really was, though I’m quite glad I missed the rain – feels like I need to get a bit better before I’ll feel motivated to run in the rain.

Spouse (this diary is hiding in plain site as I say, so no names…) has just discovered that the app was written by the father of the best friend of child #3 (no names and all that…).
